Join TransUnion as an Analyst, Business Operations on our Argus Australia team. In this role, you will be a key analyst responsible for supporting the development of outputs using the Argus Consortia dataset. You'll collaborate closely with team members to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
What You'll Do
- Leverage a unique industry-leading data set to synthesize large volumes of data into easily understood, actionable analyses and presentations.
- Present findings to management using best-in-class visualization techniques and strong verbal communication skills.
- Take ownership of key client deliverables, maintaining a high level of accuracy through peer-review.
- Participate in and/or manage internal and client-facing projects.
- Build industry knowledge through exposure to a diverse range of strategies deployed by Australia’s largest financial institutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Data analytic experience with SQL (preferred) and/or SAS or other data mining or statistical software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, working on multiple high-profile assignments in parallel.
- Capability to take on challenging unstructured assignments with little supervision.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree.
- Data visualization experience with Tableau (preferred) and/or other visualization software.
- Some experience in the consumer banking or related industry.
