Cirrus Real Estate GmbH is looking for an Analog Design Engineer to play a key role in developing high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits. You'll design delta-sigma ADCs and DACs and contribute to amplifiers, DC/DC converters, and other circuitry using advanced CMOS processes.
What You'll Do
- Develop CMOS mixed-signal circuitry from concept to production
- Model analog circuits in Matlab, Verilog-A, and SystemVerilog
- Simulate and verify circuit performance and functionality using Spectre and Maestro
- Perform simulation and verification at the chip level using analog-on-top and digital-on-top methodologies
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors, Masters, or PHD in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Strong skills in CMOS analog design and layout
- Strong s-domain and z-domain analysis skills
- Solid understanding of using Matlab, Verilog-A, and System Verilog
- Organized, detailed, and possess strong communication skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of discrete-time and continuous-time signal processing
- Experience in system and behavioral modeling
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Good silicon debug skills
- Understanding of layout and reliability concerns
- Experience designing for different CMOS processes and geometry nodes
