Blau Farmacêutica is looking for a Pleno Financial Planning Analyst to manage expense control, profitability analysis, and budget processes. You will be responsible for the full pricing cycle and providing the company with detailed financial indicators to drive informed decisions.
What You'll Do
- Control expenses by type, cost center, department, and company.
- Analyze profitability by product, family, category, channel, and region.
- Prepare the annual budget, multi-year plan, and quarterly revisions (forecasts).
- Manage Capex (Capital Expenses) and conduct project feasibility analyses.
- Execute the complete Annual Price Adjustment process and semi-annual submission of the Commercialization Report in the SAMMED system.
- Monitor the SAMMED and SEI systems daily, checking price approval notices versus requested prices.
- Monitor the Executive Committee (CTE) and Executive Secretariat meeting agendas weekly.
- Register prices (PF and PMC) in the SAP system for launches, line extensions, product code/EAN changes, annual adjustments, and positive/negative list changes.
- Check monthly lists provided by CMED, prepare documents for changes and corrections in the SAMMED base, and monitor these updates.
- Complete the technical form for all product presentations for launches, product code/EAN changes, client submissions, and line extensions.
- Prepare files and monitor prices for submission to specialized publications.
- Supply the company with financial indicators and analyses to detail results and propose action plans to correct deviations.
- Guarantee the quality of projected and actual numbers, closely monitoring and proposing process improvements.
- Assist company areas in developing projections, clarifying doubts and ensuring process accuracy.
What We're Looking For
