Jobgether is hiring a Senior Business Analyst focused on worker credit products to drive strategy and optimization. In this remote role, you will analyze markets, competitors, and trends to uncover opportunities and risks, translating data into actionable insights to shape product development.
What You'll Do
- Analyze markets, competitors, and trends to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
- Interpret business data and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support product roadmaps by defining and prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
- Develop business cases, financial projections, and impact analyses for new initiatives.
- Map and optimize customer journeys and internal processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Define, monitor, and track KPIs, proposing corrective actions as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong ability to process and organize complex data, presenting findings with clear and effective storytelling.
- Proficiency in SQL for direct data analysis.
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey insights to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and influence capabilities.
- Proactive, autonomous, and capable of making independent decisions.
- Ownership mindset, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills.
