Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring an Amazon Account Manager to oversee our Seller Central account. You will manage day-to-day operations, focusing on account health, listings, customer support, and strategic growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Create optimized titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms for new listings.
- Assist with A+ Content structure and copy, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
- Optimize listings for SEO and conversion based on performance data.
- Monitor listings for unauthorized edits, suppressions, or missing content and update content as needed.
- Create and manage coupons, deals, and promotions, monitoring performance and coordinating with internal campaigns.
- Manage Amazon Creator/Influencer connections, reaching out for collaborations and tracking content performance.
- Open, manage, and follow up on Seller Central cases to resolve listing issues, policy warnings, and Brand Registry cases.
- Respond to buyer messages and handle returns, refunds, and A-to-Z claims.
- Monitor negative feedback and request removal when eligible.
- Monitor the Account Health Dashboard daily, tracking policy violations and performance metrics, and proactively flagging issues.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
