Join Fives Stein through North American Construction Services, Ltd. for a one-year apprenticeship starting in Fall 2026. As a Technical Documentation Project Apprentice, your primary mission will be to analyze and enhance the quality of technical project documentation for our industrial installations.
What You'll Do
- Audit the complete set of technical documentation (Installation, Commissioning, Operator, and Maintenance manuals).
- Propose relevant templates for each document type (notices and protocols) based on client and site supervisor needs.
- Ensure the quality of visual layout, functionality, and completeness of all documentation.
- Guarantee drafted templates are consistent with other technical documents related to the installation.
- Analyze information and synthesize it into clear summaries.
- Formalize and structure data and documents.
- Facilitate meetings and communication between stakeholders.
- Organize and plan activities and projects.
- Produce regular reports and track action items.
What We're Looking For
- Be a student in the 3rd year of a technical bachelor's degree (License).
- Possess operational English language skills.
- Be available for a one-year apprenticeship contract.
- Master office software suites and technical tools like AutoCAD.
