Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is hiring an ALTA Survey Coordinator to manage survey projects and title research from offices across the United States. In this full-time role, you will ensure the quality and timeliness of ALTA survey deliverables while coordinating closely with clients and subcontractors.
What You'll Do
- Prepare proposals for ALTA survey projects.
- Maintain complex ALTA files, including keeping records, preparing schedules, and investigating file information.
- Create ALTA files and comprehensively document all research.
- Prepare and maintain a current tracking spreadsheet for all ALTA survey jobs.
- Conduct and review title research.
- Perform QA/QC on surveys from subcontractors for compliance with job specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain schedules and ensure prompt responses to client comments.
- Make minor revisions to ALTA survey maps.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience overseeing ALTA survey projects, conducting title research, and reviewing surveys.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Detailed knowledge of the requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
- Experience working with title reports, property deeds, and easement deeds.
- Proven experience performing title research.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort spending the majority of the workday on the phone coordinating projects.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn some basic AutoCAD software commands.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.
- Visual acuity adequate for reading printed sources and computer screens.
- Ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
