Aircall is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a focus on API and webhooks. This role is central to delivering a high-quality customer experience by providing expert technical support for our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct technical support for issues related to API integrations and webhook functionality
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems reported by customers
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert for Aircall's platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve deep technical issues

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a technical support, developer support, or similar customer-facing technical role
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns
  • Ability to read and debug code snippets and API payloads
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
  • Familiarity with communication platforms or SaaS products
  • Experience using support ticketing systems and documentation tools
