Worldwide Flight Services is hiring an Air Logistics Ramp Associate to play a key role in the express supply chain. You will contribute to the timely delivery of packages by loading and unloading air freight containers, moving them directly from aircraft to truck in a fast-paced, cross-dock operation with minimal storage.
What You'll Do
- Transport, load, and unload air freight containers from aircraft within confined areas.
- Push, pull, and position loaded air freight containers weighing up to 3,200 lbs.
- Remove tie-downs and other gear during loading and unloading processes.
- Read 'off-load' sheets to determine the destination of Express packages.
- Operate ramp equipment with gross weights of 3,000 to 80,000 lbs in areas congested with aircraft and vehicles.
- Engage in push-out of aircraft by driving an 80,000 lb vehicle or assist by providing a guide function to the driver.
- Understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without the assistance of sight or visual aids.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s license (depending on station).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays.
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
- Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without the assistance of sight or visual aids.
Nice to Have
- One year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.
- Ability to judge distances.
- Ability to successfully communicate with others.
- 1 year of forklift experience.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position in an open-air, non-temperature-controlled indoor facility around aircraft.
