Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring an Air Logistics Facility Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our on-site operational teams. You will be responsible for providing training for new hires and tenured employees through various learning methods, ensuring a safe and compliant workforce.
What You'll Do
- Provides company, regulatory, carrier, or practical training for individual or group settings to new hire and tenured employees.
- Creates milestones to be achieved through training methods and creates training plans.
- Conducts skill needs assessments to identify specific skill/knowledge gaps, training objectives, work situations, and changes in training policies and procedures.
- Coordinates trainings and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered, and evaluated for consistency.
- Observes employees to determine the effectiveness of training programs and ensure that any additional training requirements are fulfilled.
- Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and Safety Manager.
- Maintains training rosters and records with trainees and complies with appropriate training recordkeeping requirements.
What We're Looking For
- HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
- WFS or Carrier Instructor Certification.
- Current qualification and experience on training subject or learning plan.
Nice to Have
- Minimum 6 months related operational experience preferred.
