What You'll Do
Design and build robust, scalable AI and machine learning platforms with a focus on generative models and cloud infrastructure. You'll implement automation-first strategies using DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to support reliable, repeatable deployments. Your work will include configuring containerized environments and streamlining operations across cloud platforms.
Collaborate directly with clients to assess technical needs, guide solution design, and deliver tailored AI implementations. You'll play a key role in shaping how generative AI systems are integrated into real-world workflows, including fine-tuning large language models using efficient techniques like LoRA and QLoRA. Maintaining clear, up-to-date technical documentation is an essential part of ensuring long-term success.
Requirements
You should have deep experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, along with strong familiarity with libraries like scikit-learn. Proven background in designing, training, and customizing generative AI models—especially for text, image, and multimodal applications—is required. You must have hands-on expertise with AWS services including SageMaker and Bedrock, and a solid understanding of cloud messaging and stream processing architectures.
Proficiency in automation tools and methodologies is essential, including CI/CD, containerization, and IaC. You'll need at least 10 years in customer-facing technical roles, with significant experience in cloud transformations and migrations from on-premises environments. Prior work deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP over the last five years is expected. Holding professional-level cloud certifications in AI/ML and architecture is a strong requirement. A technical degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is necessary.
