GFT Technologies is looking for an AI/ML Architect to apply deep expertise solving complex problems in banking and financial services. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, owning the success of specific implementation projects and bridging architecture with Data & AI.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor and reference point for AI/ML-enabled solutions, working independently with senior stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales and client engagements by helping to pitch and position the team and its solutions.
- Capture and share best practices in AI/ML and solution design across teams.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in designing analytical solutions for business problems like decisioning, optimization, risk management, or fraud detection.
- Experience solving complex business problems with AI solutions, such as ML-based systems, AI agents, chatbots, AML or advanced analytics.
- Practical knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks, including LLMs, NLP, ML pipelines, vector databases, model serving, and MLOps.
- Practical knowledge of the modern data landscape and familiarity with leading analytics platforms.
- Experience leveraging cloud solutions with one of the leading public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of modern architectures, including microservices, containers, Kubernetes, Kafka, API management, event-driven systems, and agentic systems.
- Understanding of non-functional requirements like security, performance, observability, resilience, and governance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and confidently engage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Ability to support sales and offering development, including creating proposals and solution blueprints.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is highly desirable.
