Insight Enterprises is looking for an AI Augmented Data Architect to join our Data & AI practice. This role is responsible for assessing and designing complex solutions tailored to clients’ technology and business needs, with Generative AI (GenAI) integrated throughout the entire project lifecycle. As a subject matter expert, you will provide technical leadership, guide team members on GenAI use, and help shape the future of our service offerings.
What You'll Do
- Develop new solution offerings by incorporating GenAI capabilities, such as creating AI-powered training plans and sales enablement materials.
- Use GenAI analytics to oversee and improve project quality and deliverables.
- Assess client systems and architectures with GenAI tools, drawing AI-based conclusions and providing recommendations aligned with engagement goals.
- Apply GenAI to enhance software development and testing processes, leveraging AI-driven code generation, test automation, and defect prediction.
- Draft proposal components, letters of understanding, and RFP responses with GenAI assistance for rapid, high-quality content generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define service opportunities, developing AI-augmented delivery standards, templates, and reusable work products.
- Coach teammates, encouraging GenAI adoption and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, emphasising responsible and ethical GenAI use.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience architecting, designing, and implementing advanced Microsoft technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on integrating GenAI capabilities across Azure IaaS and PaaS environments.
- Proven consulting or professional services experience, including the application of GenAI to solve complex client challenges.
- Deep expertise with the Azure Data platform (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Fabric), leveraging GenAI for data engineering, advanced analytics, and automated insights.
- Advanced Python programming skills, with a focus on contributing to the development of Insight’s Data & AI accelerators.
- Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool), especially in scenarios where GenAI is used to automate data transformation, documentation, and quality assurance.
- A commitment to continuous learning and application of emerging GenAI technologies.
