Guidehouse is seeking an AI Technology & Studio UX/UI Designer to lead and contribute to the design of user-centric digital experiences across AI and data platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive and accessible interfaces.

What You'll Do

Lead and contribute to the design and development of user-centric digital experiences across AI and data platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive and accessible interfaces
Design and prototype user interfaces for AI and data applications with low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement designs
Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across teams and platforms

What We're Looking For

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
Minimum degree: Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Invision, or Adobe XD
Experience with responsive and accessible design principles
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Understanding of front-end development technologies

Nice to Have

Experience designing for AI or data-driven applications
Background in human-computer interaction or a related field
Familiarity with Agile development environments
Familiarity with consulting environments

Compensation range: $113,000.00-$188,000.00
