John Snow Labs is hiring an Account Executive to drive adoption of our AI software in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will be responsible for winning new deals by identifying and influencing decision makers at large organizations across the US and Europe. The position is remote (1099 contract) and requires you to be based on the East Coast.
What You'll Do
- Represent John Snow Labs, its solutions and software, for your assigned territory.
- Exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets for subscriptions and services.
- Carry out business development activities to build pipeline for the territory.
- Build, execute, and maintain a territory plan to achieve strategic and financial objectives.
- Manage customer and internal relationships through all stages of the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate data and forecasts within the CRM system for your territory.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in all customer accounts.
- Coordinate engagement with the customer, including support, service, and management.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of professional experience in software or technology sales, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven success in B2B sales, from introductions through contract negotiations.
- Detail orientation with strong follow-up skills, negotiating skills, and an ability to close sales.
- Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be productive in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivation.
- Ability to represent the company well at external events.
- A graduate degree in a related field.
- Healthcare experience is mandatory.
