What You'll Do
Design and produce engaging social media content using AI platforms, tailoring outputs to fit platform-specific styles and audience preferences. You'll refine prompts, iterate on drafts, and adapt material to maximize impact.
Run A/B tests on visuals, captions, and formats to identify what drives engagement. Use performance data to guide adjustments and improve future content. Support time-sensitive campaigns and recurring content themes with consistent quality.
Ensure all AI-assisted posts reflect a cohesive brand tone, balancing automation with strategic input. Collaborate across teams to align messaging and maintain high standards across channels.
Requirements
- Proven background in creating social content for businesses or brands
- Hands-on experience with AI content tools such as text and image generators
- Must have prior remote work experience, including fluency with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and project management platforms
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies is required
- Understanding of best practices across major social platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience refining AI prompts or experimenting with short-form video formats
- Familiarity with social analytics and performance tracking
- Background in fast-moving content environments
