Responsibilities
- Design and execute test prompts and scenarios to evaluate AI model safeguards
- Investigate novel methods to circumvent AI model restrictions
- Maintain detailed records of testing procedures and results
- Adopt an adversarial mindset to expose potential flaws in AI systems
- Work closely with engineering and safety teams to report findings and strengthen system resilience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or related technical discipline
- Advanced (C1) or higher English proficiency
- Ability to think from an attacker’s perspective
- Understanding of AI-specific vulnerabilities such as prompt injection, prompt-history leakage, and data exfiltration through RAG
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML security, model evaluation, and red teaming, especially involving large language models, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation systems
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with AI red-teaming tools such as garak or PyRIT
- Capacity to quickly learn new techniques, adapt to changing tasks, and follow complex protocols
Nice to Have
- Experience in real-world adversarial testing
- Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD security, particularly Docker
- Proficiency in offensive exploitation and developing custom exploits
- Skill in reverse engineering using tools like Ghidra or similar
- Background in network and application security, including web application vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of operating system security, including Linux privilege escalation and Windows internals
- Understanding of secure coding practices in full-stack development
