Responsibilities
- Create end-to-end product experiences built for AI from initial concept to final implementation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deeply understand user challenges before designing solutions.
- Develop prototypes, conduct user testing, and refine designs quickly with feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Play a key role in defining design systems, interaction models, and consistent product standards.
- Engage in strategic discussions about product direction, roadmap planning, and future vision.
- Foster strong relationships with engineering teams through joint ownership and continuous collaboration.
- Assist with design needs across recruiting, sales, marketing, branding, and other functions as the organization expands.
- Help lay the groundwork for a scalable design practice as the company evolves.
