Ericsson is looking for an AI ML Architect to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will lead the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI-driven solutions and CI/CD pipelines. You will leverage your deep expertise in Python scripting, DevOps practices, and AI/ML to build robust, scalable systems.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for AI and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Python coding and scripting for automation and AI workflows.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Design and maintain databases (SQL, SQLite) for solution components.
- Guide AI/ML teams on model development, deployment, and MLOps best practices.
- Introduce best practices for model lifecycle management, data governance, and ethical AI.
- Evaluate and integrate cloud-native AI services and edge computing solutions.
- Understand and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Act as the primary technical liaison during solution deployment and troubleshooting.
- Oversee solution deployment ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Document technical designs, scripts, and deployment processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years in solution management or technical leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python scripting, DevOps tools, and database management.
- Proven experience in AI/ML solution delivery and MLOps.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with database technologies (SQL, SQLite).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Hyber Cloud, Public Cloud) with AI/ML services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with API development and microservices architecture.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the telecom or network solutions domain.
