About the Role

The role involves integrating AI technologies into existing platforms, troubleshooting system interactions, and supporting ongoing optimization to enhance service delivery and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy AI-driven features into customer service platforms
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align AI models with system architecture
  • Monitor performance of integrated AI components
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AI functionality
  • Document integration processes and system configurations
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy standards
  • Optimize response accuracy and processing speed of AI tools
  • Work with product teams to refine AI behavior based on user feedback
  • Support onboarding of AI systems for new clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI advancements relevant to service applications
  • Assist in training support staff on AI system capabilities
  • Evaluate third-party AI tools for potential integration
  • Contribute to version updates and system scalability planning
  • Implement security protocols for AI data handling
  • Coordinate with quality assurance during deployment cycles
  • Provide technical guidance during client consultations
  • Track system metrics to assess AI effectiveness
  • Troubleshoot integration errors between AI and legacy systems
  • Develop automation scripts to streamline AI operations
  • Participate in sprint planning and technical reviews
  • Ensure consistent performance across multiple client environments
  • Assist in defining AI use case requirements

  • Master’s degree in artificial intelligence or related discipline
