PNY Technologies is hiring an AI Implementation Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI across the business. In this role, you will direct the development and execution of AI initiatives aligned with business objectives, leading projects from inception through deployment and ensuring effective adoption.
What You'll Do
- Execute PNY's AI implementation strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Identify and lead high-impact AI use cases across sales, marketing, operations, and corporate functions.
- Lead AI initiatives end-to-end—from roadmap through deployment and adoption.
- Perform hands-on implementation of Microsoft AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI.
- Apply strong project and program management to deliver on time and on budget.
- Partner cross-functionally and with ecosystem leaders such as Microsoft, NVIDIA, ISVs, and SIs.
- Utilize and refine best practices for AI governance, security, and change management.
- Measure success through adoption, KPIs, and ROI.
- Support the design, rollout, and operation of the Microsoft AI / Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Act as a technical and functional liaison between business users and IT to enable responsible, governed innovation.
- Evaluate non-Microsoft AI tools and solutions when justified, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Ensure all AI and automation solutions comply with organizational policies, data privacy, and architectural patterns.
- Provide training and support to employees to facilitate effective utilization of AI systems.
What We're Looking For
- Executive-level experience leading AI, technology, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on implementer.
- In-depth, practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Azure-based AI solutions, and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions during AI system deployment.
- A blend of strategic and tactical thinking with a willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
