Paired is looking for an AI Engineer to build practical workflows and automations that improve operations for a USA DCT client. What You'll Do

Build and deploy AI agents using OpenClaw or similar frameworks.
Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automations to support business operations.
Integrate AI agents with APIs, software tools, and internal systems.
Test, iterate, and optimize agent performance and reliability.
Research and evaluate new AI tools, models, and agent frameworks.
Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance.
Document workflows and implementations to support team usage and scaling.

What We're Looking For

You must be based in LATAM.
Proven experience building AI agents or automation systems.
Hands-on experience with OpenClaw or similar agent frameworks.
Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and agent-based workflows.
Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation tools.
Ability to design, test, and iterate AI-driven solutions independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement practical solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment with evolving AI technologies.
