LogaRec GmbH is hiring an AI Engineer (m/w/d) to design and build innovative AI projects. You will develop algorithms that balance accuracy, scalability, and interpretability, managing the full model lifecycle from data preparation to production implementation. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with data scientists, software developers, and domain experts to create effective solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design innovative AI projects and develop algorithms combining accuracy, scalability, and interpretability.
- Prepare raw data for model training and select suitable ML models to meet specific requirements.
- Train, evaluate, and optimize models for continuous quality improvement.
- Accompany the entire model lifecycle from development to scalable implementation in production systems.
- Work closely with data scientists, software developers, and domain experts to create effective, innovative solutions.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a comparable technical field.
- First practical experience in the areas of AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructures.
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex software solutions.
- An agile, solution-oriented work approach as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
- A hands-on mentality (you see tasks and do them yourself, not just write concepts).
- German and English language skills at the C1 level.
