Deel is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to act as a strategic partner supporting our GTM strategy. You will lead projects that accelerate our global revenue, working autonomously across strategy, operations, and analytics to drive growth and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Formulate, analyze, and present critical data insights for audiences ranging from field sales to senior GTM leadership.
- Develop and recommend ways to streamline operations and processes by building tools and automated workflows to enable faster decision-making.
- Standardize and implement best practices to drive global and functional alignment across our GTM organization.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Growth, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) on implementing large-scale initiatives that drive revenue.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a revenue, sales, business analytics, or operations function within a hyper-growth startup or tech company.
- Superb skills in SQL, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Independent problem-solver and self-starter able to manage complex projects end-to-end from design to execution.
- Outstanding modeling and presentation skills with demonstrated experience providing data-driven business insights.
- Impeccable communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships, and influence in a fully remote setup.
