Agent is looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain intelligent, scalable AI systems that enhance product functionality and user experience. As a neuroscience-based technology company dedicated to transforming health behavior change, we build on a philosophy of practice and iteration.

What You'll Do

Build, train, and validate machine learning models (classification, forecasting, recommendation systems) using real-world datasets.
Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines, integrating CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning, and scalability best practices.
Rapidly prototype AI features and deploy production-ready solutions.
Conduct hyperparameter tuning and optimize models for accuracy, latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
Work with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into practical, high-impact AI solutions.
Document methodologies and communicate results.
Ensure fairness, interpretability, and regulatory compliance. Implement monitoring to detect model drift, bias, and performance degradation.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
2–4 years in machine learning, AI, or similar engineering roles, with hands-on experience deploying models into production.
Prior experience in startups or 0-to-1 product environments.
Knowledge of NLP, generative AI, and LLMs (e.g., LangChain).
Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Spark, etc.
Strong data engineering skills: ETL pipelines, SQL/NoSQL, data preprocessing.
Strong analytical and communication abilities, teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
