Synthflow AI is looking for an AI Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Voice AI programs. You will quarterback projects from signed SOW or POC through go-live and handover, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes on time and within budget. Your role is critical to preventing project slippage, customer churn, and internal execution gaps.

What You'll Do

Run kickoff meetings, plan milestones, maintain RACI/RAID logs, and hold weekly customer syncs with clear status and risk updates.
Convert the Solution Architect’s design into a tracked roadmap, define acceptance criteria, and manage change control.
Coordinate API integration, telephony (VoIP) connectivity, environments, access, and compliance approvals to accelerate the first call.
Schedule Solution Engineers; pull in VoIP and VoiceTech engineers as needed; unblock issues and escalate early with options.
Align Account Executives, customer champions, IT/Security, and operations teams; maintain a single source of truth for scope, decisions, and metrics.
Deliver runbooks, training, and post-mortem analyses; feed playbook and product improvements back to Engineering and Support teams.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years in technical implementation, deployment management, or technical project management for B2B SaaS or IT Consulting.
Experience working with Fortune 500 or mid-market companies with complex requirements.
Technical fluency: ability to understand how APIs, Databases, and LLMs work and speak comfortably with engineers.
Project management: shipped 10+ implementations from kickoff to launch.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping balls.
