Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to capture business goals and translate them into functional & non-functional requirements
- Prioritize features based on business value and feasibility
- Assess data readiness and collaborate with data scientists and architects on solution design
- Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows using Figma and Miro
- Support model training, validation, and ensure compliance with Responsible AI and regulatory norms
- Define KPIs, track performance, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong Generative AI fundamentals
- 8+ years of experience
- Experience in Banking & Insurance domain
- Proficiency in Figma and Miro for process visualization
- Arabic language proficiency (verbal & written)
