The AI Automation Developer will play a key role in building and testing AI-driven automations to improve operational processes at EXANTE. This position emphasizes rapid prototyping, real-world testing, and close collaboration with service design and operations teams to deliver practical, iterative improvements.
What You'll Do
- Build and test AI-driven automations to improve operational processes.
- Translate service design ideas into quick, working prototypes.
- Partner with operations teams to test solutions in real workflows and gather feedback.
- Deliver frequent, incremental improvements, with a target of at least one validated improvement per week.
- Assess effectiveness, limitations, and scalability of solutions.
- Document learnings and support handover of successful concepts to development teams.
- Actively contribute ideas and challenge assumptions in a collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For
- Programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Understanding of machine learning techniques and frameworks.
- Practical experience building AI or automation solutions (e.g. scripts, bots, workflow automations, AI-assisted tools).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with imperfect or evolving requirements.
- Comfortable working fast, testing ideas, and iterating based on feedback.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with non-technical colleagues.
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain solutions in simple terms.
