USA01 - USA Automotive is hiring an AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative, scalable, and secure AI solutions across its platforms and products. This role is crucial for translating business needs into robust architectures, aligning delivery with corporate strategy, and ensuring technical excellence.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver scalable, sustainable AI solution architectures (traditional, generative, and agents) aligned with product and platform needs.
- Design and implement AIOps pipelines to automate the training, testing, and deployment of AI models (traditional, generative, and agents).
- Lead technical decisions on infrastructure, orchestrating multidisciplinary teams (product, IT, data) to ensure effective integration and operationalization of AI solutions.
- Support the selection, training, testing, and deployment of a variety of AI models, including foundation models and case-specific models.
- Define and track technical metrics generated by implemented AI solutions (cost, quality, and product observability metrics).
- Ensure the application of security (DevSecOps) and data privacy best practices from development to production.
- Develop and maintain continuous monitoring and governance plans for AI solutions in a production environment.
- Implement APIs and microservices to expose AI functionalities to other applications and systems.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Proven experience in AI solution architecture and engineering, with hands-on practice in the full development cycle from design to production at scale.
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its AI services.
- Deep knowledge in traditional AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and the development and implementation of Agents.
- Experience in AIOps, including creating automated pipelines (CI/CD), containerization, and monitoring of production models.
- Solid knowledge of AI architecture, AI management, and privacy and security implications.
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Ability to evaluate AI models, development, testing, and production environments, ensuring secure architectures, AI governance, and infrastructure cost optimization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting solutions to technical and executive audiences.
