We're seeking a skilled AI Agent Developer to create and maintain intelligent agent systems that leverage the latest advancements in AI and language models. You'll be responsible for designing and deploying autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning, task planning, and long-term memory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agent architectures using modern frameworks
- Integrate agents with MCP servers and manage server-agent communication
- Implement long-running agents with persistent memory and context retention
- Apply retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and advanced prompt engineering to improve agent performance
- Design planning agents that use reasoning models for task decomposition and execution
- Monitor, log, and optimize agent workflows to ensure reliability and efficiency
Required Expertise
- Proven experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph or Agno
- Solid understanding of MCP server integration and agent connectivity
- Hands-on knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and agent memory systems
- Experience implementing reasoning models and planning agents for autonomous task execution
- Ability to track, debug, and improve agent behavior across extended operations
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with training and fine-tuning reasoning models
Technical Environment
Our stack includes LangGraph, Agno, Google ADK, MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and custom reasoning and planning agents.
Compensation & Work Setup
This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide. The expected compensation ranges from 5LPA to 10LPA depending on experience and technical depth. No notice period is accepted—immediate onboarding is required.
