About the Role

The AI Adoption Manager for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts at EvenUp plays a pivotal role in leading the first 30 days of the customer journey, ensuring rapid activation and adoption of EvenUp’s Claims Intelligence Platform. This position bridges the gap between sales and customer success, driving transformation through change management, relationship leadership, and data-informed support.

What You'll Do

  • Own the outcome of the transition from sales to success to ensure customers achieve real value in their first month, focusing on immediate benefit and high impact to their firms.
  • Act as a consultant to law firm leadership, helping them restructure internal operations and workflows to maximize the benefits of EvenUp’s proactive AI.
  • Monitor product usage and engagement metrics daily to identify 'at-risk' users early and intervene with outreach, coaching, targeted training, or workflow adjustments.
  • Maintain the high-touch, white-glove experience established during the sales cycle, ensuring no 'drop-off' in quality or momentum.
  • Identify and empower firm champions, equipping them with best practices and internal 'marketing' tools to drive firm-wide excitement.
  • Act as the voice of the newly activated customer by providing Product and Engineering teams with on-the-ground feedback to improve the initial user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Product, Legal/Medical Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure customer requirements and feedback are promptly addressed.
  • Support the growth of the activation team by refining playbooks, sharing successful 'activation hacks,' and mentoring junior team members.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in high-touch Customer Success, Sales, or Implementation roles, ideally within high-growth SaaS.
  • Communication mastery: ability to pivot communication style instantly from executive-level ROI discussions to empathetic, patient technical coaching for end-users.
  • Analytical rigor: comfort using data to tell a story and decide where to spend time.
  • Project command: proactive in removing roadblocks before the customer even sees them.
  • Road Warrior Spirit: willingness to travel up to 50% to meet firms onsite and provide shoulder-to-shoulder support.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Enterprise-level change management.
