About the Role

EvenUp is hiring an AI Adoption Manager for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts in the West region. You will be responsible for the critical first 30 days of the customer journey, driving rapid activation and adoption of our Claims Intelligence Platform for major law firm accounts. You will act as the bridge between sales and success, using relationship management, change management, and product analytics to ensure customers achieve real value and transform their workflows. EvenUp’s mission is to close the justice gap using technology and AI.

What You'll Do

  • Own the outcome of the first 30-day customer journey, ensuring customers achieve real value and high impact.
  • Lead strategic change management, consulting with law firm leadership to restructure internal operations and workflows.
  • Monitor product usage and engagement metrics daily to identify at-risk users and intervene with coaching or training.
  • Maintain high-touch, white-glove relationship management as an extension of the sales process.
  • Identify and empower firm champions with best practices and tools to drive firm-wide excitement.
  • Act as the voice of the newly activated customer, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, TPMs, AEs, CSMs, Product, Legal/Medical Ops, and Engineering.
  • Support team growth by refining playbooks, sharing activation hacks, and mentoring junior members.
  • Travel up to 50% to provide onsite, shoulder-to-shoulder support.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in high-touch Customer Success, Sales, or Implementation roles within high-growth SaaS.
  • Mastery of communication, able to pivot from executive ROI discussions to patient technical coaching.
  • Analytical rigor, comfortable using data to tell a story and decide where to spend time.
  • Project command, proactive in removing roadblocks before the customer sees them.
  • Road warrior spirit, excited to travel up to 50%.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Enterprise-level change management.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the AI Adoption team, collaborating closely with Sales Engineering, TPMs, AEs, CSMs, Product, Legal/Medical Ops, and Engineering.
