Responsibilities
- Deliver science-driven crop recommendations tailored to individual farm operations
- Conduct field assessments to monitor crop health and identify pest or nutrient issues
- Support growers in implementing effective crop management strategies
- Promote the responsible use of agricultural technologies and products
- Collaborate with sales teams to align technical expertise with customer needs
- Provide training on product application, stewardship, and performance evaluation
- Gather and analyze field data to measure crop outcomes and inform future planning
- Maintain accurate records of grower interactions and field observations
- Stay current with agronomic research, regulatory changes, and industry trends
- Assist in the design and execution of on-farm trials and demonstrations
- Communicate findings from field trials to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Build trust through consistent, reliable, and professional grower interactions
- Troubleshoot product performance issues in collaboration with technical teams
- Support the development of localized crop input recommendations
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards in all field activities
