About the Role

The selected candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support project planning and execution across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain project schedules and track progress against milestones
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Manage project documentation and ensure version control
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor project deliverables and deadlines
  • Assist in risk and issue tracking and resolution
  • Compile and distribute regular project status reports
  • Track action items and decisions from project meetings
  • Support change management processes
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with project governance standards
  • Assist in budget tracking and cost reporting
  • Organize and maintain project filing systems
  • Support onboarding of new project team members
  • Help prepare presentations for internal and client reviews
  • Gather and validate project data for reporting
  • Ensure project documentation meets quality standards
  • Assist in developing project workflows
  • Promote collaboration across functional teams
  • Track and report on project KPIs
  • Support closeout activities for completed projects
  • Maintain project dashboards and tracking tools
  • Coordinate logistics for project-related events
  • Escalate project risks and delays as needed
