EWOR GmbH offers a unique path for an entrepreneurial leader to build and run your own AgriTech startup as a Co-Founder and CEO. With intensive support from serial entrepreneurs, you will follow a personalized development program, receive hiring and funding support, and work towards scaling your company to €100M+ in revenue. This is a 100% remote role.

What You'll Do

Build and run your own startup in fields such as AgriTech.
Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customized program to enhance goal, time, and energy management.
Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing empire.

What We're Looking For

Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.

A salary while you build your startup as you will be directly employed by EWOR. Alternatively, you can opt for up to €500k in funding.
