E.ON is looking for an Agile Coach to drive the adoption of agile principles and establish a robust agile framework within our data organization. You will be instrumental in embedding an agile culture and enabling our data teams to deliver high-value products efficiently.

What You'll Do

Design and implement a functional agile model tailored to the needs of data teams.
Establish agile/tribe culture and principles into the daily work of teams.
Set up and optimize Scrum processes for the data delivery area.
Train teams in agile methodologies and best practices.
Lead agile transformation and measure its success.
Establish and facilitate all key agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
Help set up metrics and KPIs for tracking team performance.
Participate in prioritization in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
Coach product owners in effective product backlog management.
Facilitate collaboration between product owners and development teams.
Establish the data service delivery process in Jira (workflow, sprints, etc.).

What We're Looking For

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification (Professional Scrum Master, Agile Coach).
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Agile Coach or Scrum Master role.
Proven experience implementing agile methodologies in organizations (agile transformation).
At least 3 years of experience implementing and scaling agile processes in tech/data teams.
Proven ability to establish a functional agile model from scratch.
Experience coaching product owners and defining their responsibilities.
Experience with backlog management and facilitating prioritization.
Experience with agile transformations and change management.
Experience with agile project tools (Jira or similar).
