Capgemini is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of advanced AI solutions. You’ll work with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI to optimize interactions with large language models (LLMs) and build agent solutions that drive business transformation.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and optimize generative and NLP models for enterprise applications.
- Integrate LLMs, LangChain technologies, and GenAI model APIs into business workflows.
- Manage and prepare data using Python and data manipulation tools.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to improve model response quality.
- Deploy NLP and AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud / VertexAI, AWS Sagemaker / Bedrock).
- Translate business requirements into AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Continuously monitor technical developments and industry standards.
What We're Looking For
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of RAG techniques.
- Experience integrating APIs for LLM and GenAI models.
- Familiarity with NLP frameworks and AI agent technologies (LLM, LangChain, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
- Experience deploying NLP solutions in cloud environments.
- Proficiency in core machine learning algorithms, both traditional and generative.
- Excellent knowledge of Python, version control with Git, and unit testing.
