Binance is hiring an Affiliate Business Development professional to join our growth department. You'll be directly responsible for user growth metrics, exploring new opportunities and expanding promotion channels within the exchange field to drive significant impact.
What You'll Do
- Explore diverse growth opportunities within the exchange field and expand user promotion channels.
- Maintain strong channel partnerships and processes to enhance growth, increase output, and coordinate solutions.
- Achieve established performance targets based on market conditions and company strategy.
- Actively participate in industry activities to identify user growth opportunities and explore new partnership resources.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Internet product growth or channel development.
- Strong focus on listening to customer needs and finding solutions from user growth and channel operation perspectives.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with global partners and stakeholders.
- A self-driven mindset with strong responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and cross-department coordination skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in blockchain, finance, or Internet product user growth and channel development.
