Pinch Med Spa is hiring an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to build an independent practice delivering concierge-level aesthetic treatments directly to clients' homes. You'll join a nationally recognized brand as a 1099 contractor, enjoying the freedom to set your schedule and choose clients while receiving comprehensive support to grow your business.
What You'll Do
- Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
- Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training and comprehensive virtual training on chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and facial techniques.
- Treat clients sourced through both Pinch marketing and your personal network.
- Offer appointment availability that fits your schedule, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week.
- Manage products and supplies responsibly and keep accurate, timely client records.
- Follow Pinch protocols and best practices, collaborating with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support.
- Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business.
What We're Looking For
- Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in Arizona.
- Ability to operate as a 1099 contractor.
