EWOR GmbH is hiring an Aerospace Co-Founder / CSO as part of its entrepreneurial fellowship program. You will be hired to start and scale your own aerospace startup to €100M+ in revenues. This role is 100% remote.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup in fields such as Aerospace.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customized program for goal, time, and energy management.
- Iterate your product with support until reaching product-market-fit.
- Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing empire.
- Receive coaching to make your startup 'investible' and ready to raise millions in funding.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills and English language.
