EWOR GmbH is looking for a Biotech Co-Founder / CPTO to start and scale your own venture within our radically selective fellowship. You will be employed by us, receiving a salary or funding, while embarking on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup in fields such as Biotech.
- Iterate your product until you have reached product-market-fit.
- Build up a sales force or create a marketing empire.
- Follow a fully customized personal development program focused on goal, time, and energy management.
What We're Looking For
- You are based in Europe or the Americas or are open to relocate.
- You possess a willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- You have excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
