EWOR GmbH is looking for a Co-Founder / CCO to build, run, and scale your own AgriTech startup. As part of EWOR's radically selective fellowship, you'll be backed by a program designed for the top 0.1% of founders, receiving direct coaching and resources to achieve product-market-fit and significant funding.

What You'll Do

Build and run your own startup within the AgriTech field.
Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a customized programme for goal, time, and energy management.
Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
Build up a sales force or create a marketing empire.
Make your startup 'investible', preparing it to raise millions in funding.

What We're Looking For

Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate.
Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.

Benefits & Compensation

A salary while you build your startup as you will be directly employed by EWOR. Alternatively, you can opt for up to €500k in funding.
