Responsibilities
- Create and deploy tailored frontend implementations using Adobe Experience Manager, maintaining strong performance and quality benchmarks.
- Build, update, and optimize websites and components within AEM using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTL (Sightly).
- Work alongside backend engineers to connect frontend templates with Sling Models and OSGi services, ensuring clear architectural separation.
- Take ownership of identifying, diagnosing, and resolving frontend issues across AEM environments.
- Perform code reviews to uphold coding standards and promote AEM best practices across the development team.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise in AEM development and frontend quality guidelines.
- Partner with UX and design teams to deliver precise, accessible, and efficient frontend implementations.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to clarify requirements, share progress, and align expectations.
- Help improve CI/CD processes and streamline AEM package management workflows.
- Engage fully in Agile rituals including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
