Pearson is looking for an Advanced Associate to support our Sales team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will help achieve revenue and retention targets by providing excellent customer support and applying consultative selling techniques. Your work will ensure a smooth, value-driven journey for our educational customers.
What You'll Do
- Support existing customers with the renewal and retention of digital subscriptions.
- Manage customer cases related to cancellation requests and subscription changes.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Play a key role in the onboarding and retention of Active Hub customers.
- Ensure new and existing schools receive consistent, high-quality support that drives engagement and long-term success.
- Support business growth and retention of key qualifications.
- Provide front-line support with Senior Leadership Teams and Heads of Departments in Schools across the United Kingdom.
- Provide product support and guidance, delivering digital solutions and a Pearson product and service surround which exceeds expectations.
Team & Environment
This role supports the local Sales team.
