About the Role

Capgemini is looking for an Advanced Analytics Analyst to become an expert in analytics solutions and business measurement. You will drive the use of advanced analytics within client teams, supporting critical processes such as Pricing, Forecasting, Assortment, and Test & Control as part of a high-performance team.

What You'll Do

  • Become an expert in Advanced Analytics Solutions, business measurement, and the Unify UX platform.
  • Drive the use of advanced analytics within client teams, supporting Pricing, Forecasting, Assortment, and Test & Control processes.
  • Understand client needs to solve business challenges and strengthen solutions in alliance with the advanced analytics team.
  • Organize data and transform it into stories and recommendations aligned with client needs, using tools like Audience Builder and Genius Script.
  • Work as part of a high-performance team to deliver continuous improvements to client processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the advanced analytics team to expand your analytical skill set.
  • Support the delivery of ad hoc content to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the use of the company's latest innovations to drive client business growth.
  • Contribute to meeting team revenue goals by promoting the potential of products and data sets.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and share best practices.
  • Support customer training on the platform and tools to foster self-service use.
  • Lead the resolution of customer account issues and clearly communicate solutions.
  • Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress on quality initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of analytical experience.
  • Superior skills in analysis, quantitative reasoning, and problem-solving.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Maximum attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • High level of initiative.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, logically, and consistently.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of CPG, GM, or Retail.
  • Exposure to Python, R, or C++.
  • Knowledge of Unify.
  • Experience with POS, supply chain, or frequent shopper data.
  • Interest and experience in applying emerging artificial intelligence capabilities to accelerate business impact.
