Keller Executive Search is looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our executive search professionals. You will ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, directly contributing to client success in high-stakes talent acquisition. What You'll Do

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
  • Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to ensure a professional experience.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team.
  • Adaptable in a dynamic environment.

  • Compensation: $410,000–$502,000 annually, depending on experience.
