Die Schweizerische Post is looking for an Administrative Assistant - Leadership Support for the Engiadina distribution area. In this on-site role based in Samedan, you will act as the central point of contact for personnel matters and support a wide range of administrative HR functions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the central point of contact for personnel topics and ensure clear information flow between management, team leaders, and employees.
- Accompany administrative HR processes including changes, entries/exits, transfers, special bookings, and working time management.
- Support health management initiatives like absence care, inquiries, and accident investigations.
- Assist with recruiting tasks including scheduling interviews, dossier management, and communication with candidates.
- Contribute to the implementation of digital HR processes and manage technical tools and devices.
- Ensure professional handling of internal and external contacts and collaborate closely with team leaders in the Engadin.
What We're Looking For
- Commercial experience or an equivalent qualification.
- A reliable and trustworthy personality who enjoys working both independently and within a team.
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programs and enjoyment of digital solutions.
- Willingness to commit long-term to the role and take on responsibility.
- Very good oral and written German language skills.
Nice to Have
- Further training as an HR assistant or HR specialist.
- Italian and Romansh language skills.
