There is Talent is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Collections Assistant to support our financial operations, reporting, and client follow-up processes. This role is ideal for an organized professional who is confident communicating with clients and comfortable managing payment tracking and administrative workflows for a growing service-based business.
What You'll Do
- Contact clients regarding upcoming or overdue repayments through phone, email, and messaging.
- Follow up with delayed clients and track payment commitments.
- Review and verify payment details, invoices, and inspection reports to ensure accurate reporting.
- Set up new deals for instant funding following established procedures.
- Review KYC documentation and update approval workflows.
- Maintain accurate records across collections boards, CRM systems, and shared documents.
- Participate in weekly collections meetings and support administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in collections, financial administration, or similar administrative roles.
- Professional and confident phone and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling client payment follow-ups.
- Experience working with CRMs, workflow boards, and documentation platforms.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Near-native written and spoken English.
