About the Role

There is Talent is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Collections Assistant to support our financial operations, reporting, and client follow-up processes. This role is ideal for an organized professional who is confident communicating with clients and comfortable managing payment tracking and administrative workflows for a growing service-based business.

What You'll Do

  • Contact clients regarding upcoming or overdue repayments through phone, email, and messaging.
  • Follow up with delayed clients and track payment commitments.
  • Review and verify payment details, invoices, and inspection reports to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Set up new deals for instant funding following established procedures.
  • Review KYC documentation and update approval workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records across collections boards, CRM systems, and shared documents.
  • Participate in weekly collections meetings and support administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in collections, financial administration, or similar administrative roles.
  • Professional and confident phone and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling client payment follow-ups.
  • Experience working with CRMs, workflow boards, and documentation platforms.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Near-native written and spoken English.
