Ansh Malhotra, on a mission to help small businesses grow through world-class web and app design services, is looking for an Admin Assistant to the CEO. This role requires an experienced assistant to execute day-to-day activities, administrative tasks, and special projects. As an extension of the CEO, you will touch every corner of business and personal life, building trust and proactively anticipating needs.

What You'll Do

Manage the CEO's inbox and calendar.
Act as the liaison between the CEO and his team.
Own the logistics of important business and personal purchases.
Pick out gifts for the CEO's wife.
Be the point person for employees, clients, and accountants.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Become an extension of the CEO by anticipating needs and seeing around the corner.

What We're Looking For

At least 2+ years of experience supporting a CEO or executive.
Ability to make decisions decisively and take direct feedback.
Rock-solid communicator with clear, error-free written and verbal communication.
Highly adaptable and flexible to an ever-changing role.
Thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and a rigorous eye for detail.
