About the Role

Sanctuary Care is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our award-winning team at The Beeches Residential Care Home in Northfield, Birmingham. We are a not-for-profit organization committed to enriching the lives of our residents, their loved ones, and staff with dignity and respect.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support residents’ physical, mental and social wellbeing
  • Get to know residents as individuals and involve them in activities they enjoy
  • Work closely with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive and fun atmosphere
  • Encourage participation from residents, families and the wider community
  • Bring new ideas and creativity to activities that enrich daily life
